In this article, we will read about “After the defamation trial, Amber Heard says she “feels scared.”
Amber Heard, a Hollywood star and Johnny Depp’s ex-wife, opened up about feeling “overwhelming fearful” after Johnny Depp won the defamation lawsuit.
Heard admitted as much during an interview she gave on a programme in which she began with the quip, “Of course, I took for granted what I assume to be my right to speak.”
Heard added that no matter what he does, no matter what she says, or how she says it, he is afraid. He insisted that “every step I take will present another opportunity for the sort of silencing.”
In the wake of the highly publicised defamation trial, an Amber Heard spokesperson has denied reports that the actress has been dropped from the Aquaman sequel.
In the upcoming movie Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Heard was slated to return as Mera, Aquaman’s love interest. On the other hand, a source on Tuesday claimed that the part had been recast.
After conducting screen tests for the film, Warner Bros. chose to recast Amber Heard’s role. Retakes will be taken with Jason Momoa and Nicole Kidman, they announced. A spokesperson, however, recalled in a statement earlier this week that “the rumour mill continues as it has from day one – inaccurate, insensitive, and slightly insane.”
Heard previously portrayed Mera in Justice League and the 2018 Aquaman prequel. Heard claimed during the defamation trial that the negative publicity from Depp’s abuse allegations against her forced her to “fight really hard” to keep the part.
