‘Kraven the Hunter’: Fred Hechinger, from ‘Street of Fear’, will play the villain Chameleon in the film

After announcing Russell Crowe, the movie ‘Kraven the Hunter’ expands its cast more and more, as it has now officially cast actor Fred Hechinger (‘Street of Fear’) to play the villain Chameleon in the feature film, according to information posted on the Deadline website. Boasting an ever-growing universe of Spider-Man antagonists of its own, ‘Kraven the Hunter’ will star Aaron Taylor-Johnson (‘Kick-Ass’) as the hunter, the title character who is one of the Head’s biggest rivals. Web, joining other villain titles like ‘Venom’ and the unreleased ‘Morbius’.

With filming about to begin, Hechinger, who recently appeared on ‘The White Lotus’, will play Kraven’s brother, better known as Chameleon, although so far nothing has been definitively confirmed about his role in the film.

Directed by JC Chandor (‘Margin Call’), the production of the new film is in the hands of Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach, while shooting will begin in 2022.

‘Kraven the Hunter’ opens in theaters on January 13, 2023.
