Stranger Things’ Season 4 Vol 2: Will Murray Bauman Die in the Next Episode?
This hypothesis comes after Noah Schnapp teased’some fatalities and gore’ on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’

This isn’t the kind of information that ‘Stranger Things’ viewers want to hear. The show’s actors hinted huge character fatalities ahead of the second volume of Season 4’s publication in July, and one of them might be Brett Gelman’s Murray Bauman. It’s safe to assume that the actor is a prominent character in the show, especially following his appearance as the ‘bald eagle’ in Season 3. With Winona Ryder’s Joyce Byers, he assisted in the rescue of Jim Hopper (David Harbour) in Russia.

The conjecture surrounding Bauman’s death arises from Noah Schnapp’s tease about Volume 2 on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’ “You can expect some deaths, some gore, and a big–” before Fallon cut him off, saying, “Wow, that’s a big spoiler.” You just said something you shouldn’t have spoken!” “No, but I didn’t name who,” the actor who plays Will Byers responded. Fallon went on to say that there weren’t many prominent characters to pick from. “Well, obviously, someone’s going to…” says the narrator. Schnapp came to a conclusion.

Will Murray Bauman, played by Brett Gelman, die in Season 4 Volume 2 of ‘Stranger Things’?

As the show heads towards an epic Season 4 finale, it’s possible that at least three significant characters may die. The show has been renewed for a fifth and final season, but several crucial characters may be absent. It’s possible that Bauman’s death in Volume 2 has a lot to do with the storyline he’s involved in. He and Joyce may have rescued Hopper and Dmitri from the Demogorgon and Russian jail guards, but they have yet to make it out alive, and he could be one of the escapees.

With the likelihood of Hopper and Eleven meeting at some point, it makes logical to maintain his character and Ryder until season 5. It’s also unclear how much more Bauman will be able to contribute to the plot. He’s already played a major role in Hopper’s rescue, so it shouldn’t be surprising if he dies in the season finale.
